Account Coordinator


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our dynamic client services team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in supporting our Account and Project Managers, ensuring smooth execution of projects and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist Account Managers and Project Managers in the day-to-day management of large projects
  • Simultaneously manage multiple accounts and projects
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Propose solutions to address client business challenges
  • Oversee smaller projects from inception to completion
  • Prepare project briefs, aid in drafting creative briefs, and guide internal teams on project requirements and expectations
  • Efficiently manage budgets, timelines, and daily account operations
  • Coordinate with vendors for project support
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of agency operations

Where You’ve Been

  • BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing or Advertising
  • 1+ years of experience in integrated marketing communications
