Account Manager


Flint Group is in the market for a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships. In this role, you will manage multiple accounts, work collaboratively with strategic leads, and drive the success of various campaigns and projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, overseeing project plans, client expectations, and ensuring projects adhere to time and scope outlined in contracts/agreements
  • Collaborate closely with the strategic lead to develop approaches for campaigns and projects; provide periodic updates and campaign analyses
  • Complete project and creative briefs, providing clear direction for internal teams
  • Continually seek ways to add value to client projects
  • Responsible for client retention, billing and ensuring project profitability
  • Create estimates and proposals, with guidance from the Account Lead when needed
  • Represent Flint Group in the community
  • Assist with new business initiatives as requested
  • Build a comprehensive understanding of agency operations
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively make recommendations
  • Conduct internal kick-off meetings and close out projects by leading reflective sessions

  • Skilled in developing and managing external marketing client contracts
  • Knowledge of integrated marketing communications solutions

Where You’ve Been

  • BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing or Advertising
  • 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing communications
