As a Billing Specialist at our multi-entity marketing agency, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes. You will collaborate with various teams, including accounting, project management, and client services, to facilitate smooth financial transactions and maintain a high level of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses excellent organizational skills, and is adept at managing financial data with precision.

What you’ll do

• Generate and process client invoices accurately and promptly, adhering to billing schedules and guidelines.
• Maintain up-to-date records of billing activities, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Collaborate with the client services teams to address client billing inquiries and resolve any discrepancies or billing-related concerns.
• Work closely with account managers to accurately track billable hours, expenses, and project details.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure seamless integration of billing data into financial systems.
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial reporting processes as required.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, proactively resolving payment issues to minimize accounts receivable aging.
• Ensure billing practices comply with company policies, industry regulations, and relevant accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of financial documentation for audits and reviews.
