Ready to kick off your career and have some fun along the way?  Flint Group is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and enthusiastic summer intern to join our Finance Team!

As a Flintern, You’ll:

Program Details:

• Dates: May 21 – August 14, 2025
• Hours: Flexible schedule, averaging 30 hours per week
• Pay: $16.00 per hour
• Location: In-office, Fargo, ND

Who You Are:

• Junior or senior status in college (Fall 2025), working towards a degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, dynamic and changing environment.
• Excellent technical skills including a strong command of the Office365 suite.
• Professional in the workplace.
• Positive attitude and excited to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with filing, data entry, accounts payable and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
• Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices and other documents.
• Working within our bookkeeping software.
• Handle sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
• Assist with the day-to-day tasks in the department.
• Take on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations.

• Hourly Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
