Media Planner


The Media Planner is responsible for developing strategic plans for carrying out marketing campaigns using various media channels on our ag and manufacturing team.  They will analyze digital and traditional marketing metrics, collaborate with clients to refine marketing objectives, and distribute content to the most practical media platforms.


  • Ensure advertising messages align with client or company objectives and create or recommend certain media strategies to ensure campaigns reach their target audience in the most effective way possible
  • Monitor the performance of digital and traditional campaigns and report results to relevant stakeholders
  • Research the current media landscape and keep up to date with the latest media trends
  • Determine the most suitable media mix given the nature of each client’s business, budget, and preferred advertising media and assess the impact and suitability of each media type based on client needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs, wants, and objectives, and then determining which media channels fit best for each specific campaign.


  • Strong knowledge of a range of digital and traditional platforms
  • Ability to use a variety of advertising analytics tools, databases, and spreadsheets to track and manage campaigns
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to network
  • Effective at working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
