Research Analyst + Project Manager

Our partner company, Prime46 Research and Consulting is on the search for an analytical and detail-oriented product and market Research Analyst/Project Manager to help uncover value-driven insights through customer, channel and employer research initiatives.  We want someone who is energized by the prospect of discovering new information and organizing observations in a way that is easy to consume and share. By managing all facets of a project delivering on time, within scope and budget. You will lead and motivate the project team from kickoff to completion ensuring all members work toward a shared goal.  The Research Analyst /Project Manager should be a team player that’s passionate about collaboration and is thorough, focused and willing to do what it takes to get the job done while remaining respectful and thoughtful.

What you’ll do

  • Work closely with consulting, strategy and client services teams across a variety of assignments and projects
  • Program online surveys and work with our vendors and partners across a variety of insights-collection platforms
  • Analyze quantitative survey data and qualitative interview transcriptions to generate valued insights
  • Create effective PowerPoint presentations for sharing client results in an engaging manner
  • Manage distribution and tracking of incentives shared with study respondents
  • Act as a point of accountability for ensuring detailed quality and timely delivery of projects
  • Optimize use of project management tool(s), adopt best practices and seek opportunities for efficiency in product delivery
  • Identify schedule, budget, deliverables and resources needed on the project, define in a scope of work
  • Own the project and the process
  • Use critical thinking skills to move the project forward
  • Close out project jobs, documentation and lead project reflectives

What we need

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task while remaining detail oriented
  • Proactive attitude and ability to find solutions before problems arise
  • Possess a preference for working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Office365 (experience with date visualization programs such as Microsoft Power BI are difference makers as well)
  • Interest in learning new software programs
  • Excellence in written, verbal and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive, collaborative attitude
  • Ability to think critically and strategically in problem solving
  • Results driven and able to produce high-quality work that meet project deadlines

Comprehensive training will be provided. A basic knowledge of statistics and project management is very helpful. The analyst/PM will utilize a variety of programs for generating and analyzing product, market research data and managing projects. Additional tasks may include assisting with survey and discussion guide development, sample design, conducting respondent interviews, and presentation design for research projects.
