Senior Marketing Analyst

As a senior marketing analyst at Flint Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing marketing strategies for our clients. You will collect, analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations that enhance our clients’ marketing efforts.

What You’ll Do

  • Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain data models, algorithms and statistical techniques to extract meaningful insights.
  • Interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations for marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, data requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering data-driven solutions to their marketing challenges.
  • Create visualizations, reports and dashboards to effectively communicate data insights using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms; ensuring they are intuitive and provide valuable insights to both clients and internal teams.
  • Monitor data quality, validate data sources, implement data cleansing processes as needed, and ensure data security and compliance.
  • Conduct statistical analyses to test hypotheses, perform A/B testing and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Attend discovery sessions with clients to help guide efficient builds of dashboards.

What We Need

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts within the team.
  • Identification of opportunities for innovation and improvement in data analysis processes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, data modeling and data visualization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders and assist with training and education.
  • Ability to estimate time in order to provide quotes to clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Where You’ve Been

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a preference for advanced degrees or certifications.
  • Proven experience as a data analyst in a marketing or agency setting.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with machine learning and predictive modeling is an advantage.
