Casino looks for new ways to reach customers


A much-needed communications update

4 Bears needed a way to better communicate promotions and events to customers. The casino was looking to capture new and existing customers by promoting deals and special events.



New channels for new players

Flint Group strategized a communications plan that included new ways to announce happenings at the casino and event center. This plan consisted of a bi-monthly direct mailer to established customers, paid traditional and digital marketing tactics, in-house digital screens and paid sponsorships. We provided social media services and created a monthly content calendar.


Numbers improve thanks to new strategy

New players continue to venture to 4 Bears. The client has been very happy with improved turnout. Concert tickets, promotional sign-ups, and daily number of customers have all increased thanks to the updated communications plan.
