Digital Media Specialist

Flint Group is looking for a Digital Media Specialist with a passion for delivering exceptional results through innovative strategies and campaigns. As our Digital Media Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in developing and implementing digital media strategies for our clients. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, dynamic environment and is passionate about making a significant impact on our clients’ digital success.

What You’ll Do

  • ­Work closely with Media Planners to create detailed campaign plans, including budget allocation, targeting strategies, ad formats, and messaging.
  • ­Set up, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms.­
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) like click-through rates, conversation rates, and return on ad spend.­
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with client expectations.

What We Need

  • Strong foundation in SEM campaigns, including campaign creation, management and optimization.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising and media.­
  • Willingness to conduct research on emerging technologies and platforms to identify innovative opportunities for clients.­
  • Provide thought leadership within the agency and contribute to the development of digital media strategies and capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.­
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas and campaign results to clients.

Who You Are

  • ­Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.­
  • Proven experience in digital media or similar role within a marketing agency or related industry.­
  • In-depth knowledge or digital advertising platforms.­
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, including audience targeting, segmentation, and campaign optimization.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.­
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are highly desirable.
