Ready to kick off your career and have some fun along the way?  Flint Group is looking for a creative, motivated, and enthusiastic summer intern to join our Design Team!

As a Flintern, you’ll:

• Gain hands-on experience in agency life.
• Work on real client projects – including owning a campaign for a local non-profit.
• Get paid while doing what you love.
• Join in on the #FlintFun events like summer grill-outs!

Program Details:

• Dates: May 21 – August 14, 2025
• Hours: Flexible schedule, averaging 30 hours per week
• Pay: $16.00 per hour
• Location: In-office, Fargo, ND

Who You Are:

• A college junior or senior (Fall 2025) studying marketing, advertising, design, or a related field.
• Passionate about great design with ability to think through execution.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to learn.
• A great communicator with a positive attitude.

What You’ll Do:

• Work alongside designers to produce print, web and mobile designs for clients.
• Support internal projects to create assets for social media, internal marketing, etc.
• Assist in the design process of client projects.
• Own a non-profit project from start to finish with your fellow Flinterns.
