Danielle Woodard

Danielle Woodard is RR46’s US Human Resources Lead. An employee relations expert, she says the best part of her job is getting to know our employees because they are some of the best people out there. Bringing more than 12 years’ experience, Danielle oversees all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, retention, employee engagement, culture, benefits, and compensation.

Dedicated to giving back to her community, Danielle is a committed volunteer for the United Way. She has served as Flint Group’s Employee Campaign Coordinator for the past seven years. She also volunteers as a teacher for Sunday school at her church.

When Danielle isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Bjorn, and two boys, Boden and Bexley. She also likes lake weekends, pheasant hunting, cooking, and scuba diving.
