A global leader in the design, manufacturing and distribution of agricultural solutions, AGCO has grown to be a $7B+ company with an aggressive “house of brands” strategy. Flint Group has worked with AGCO since 2010. Our relationship started with a simple media strategy request and has since grown to be one of Flint Group’s key accounts.

GETTING TO THE ROOT OF AGCO’S BRAND POTENTIAL

Flint recognized early on (prior to the pitch presentation) that to be a good partner to AGCO, it was necessary to understand all of the brands within the organization, including the dealer brands. The best way for AGCO to impact their reach to prospects and customers was through their dealer channel.

Working closely with the AGCO marketing department, Flint created a unique program that leveraged the dealers to enhance the brand, helping dealers and corporate increase and improve their footprint. Subsequently, the media ended up being a small piece of what has grown into a strong client-agency partnership.

Encouraging measurement and trackability to marketing activities has given insight and demonstrates the strength of good marketing tied directly to results. This client has up to 160 dashboards per month. Not only does this give the company a continuous pulse on performance, but thorough, thoughtful analysis to ensure campaigns are also adjusted to meet and exceed expectations.
